If you do not remember your Expert Mail control panel password, you can easily reset your password by clicking on the Forgot My Password option.
In order to use the Forgot My Password option , you must have defined at least one of the Email Address or Mobile Phone options on the Administrators > Administrator Information page in the Panel.
Password Reset Via Email
You can follow the steps below to reset your password.

Log in to the Uzman Posta management panel via yenipanel.uzmanposta.com .

Click on the Forgot My Password! option on the user login screen .
- Type your panel username in the Username section and click the Continue button.
- From the Option to Send section, select your e-mail address registered in the system and in the Full Form of the Starred Area section, type the full form of the E-mail address to Send that you selected in the previous line and click the Continue button.

Write the 6-digit code sent to your e-mail address by Uzman Posta in the Code section.

Type the password you want to create in the Password and Repeat Password sections and click the Send button.

Your password reset process is complete. You can log in to the Email management panel using your new password.
Reset Password via SMS
You can follow the steps below to reset your password.
- Log in to the Uzman Posta management panel via yenipanel.uzmanposta.com .
- Click on the Forgot My Password! option on the user login screen .
- Type your panel username in the Username section and click the Continue button.
- From the Option to Send section, select your mobile phone number registered in the system and from the Full Form of the Starred Area section, type the full form of the mobile phone number you selected in the previous line and click the Continue button.

Write the 6-digit code sent to your phone by EXPERT POSTA in the Security Code section.
- Type the password you want to create in the Password and Repeat Password sections and click the Continue button.

Your password reset process is complete. You can log in to the Email management panel using your new password.
