Outlook 2013 ActiveSync Account Setup

You can follow the steps below to set up your email account as Exchange ActiveSync on Outlook 2013.

1. Open the Outlook 2013 application.
   1. When you open the application for the first time, you will be greeted by the installation wizard. Click the Next button to set up your email account through the wizard . When asked “Do you want to set up Outlook to connect an email account?” select Yes and click the Next button. If you want to open the Outlook application without setting up an email account, you can select No and click the Next button.
   2. To set up another account in the Outlook application where you have previously set up an account, you can follow the File > Add Account path.
2. Check the “Manual installation or additional server types” option and click the Next button.
3. In the incoming window, select the Outlook.com or Exchange ActiveSync compatible service option and click the Next button.
4. In the User Information section
   1. Your Name: Enter the name you would like to appear in your e-mails.
   2. E-Mail Address: Enter the e-mail address to be installed.
5. In the Server Information section
   • Mail Server: Type proxy.uzmanposta.com .
6. In the Login Information section
   • Username: Enter your e-mail address.
   • Password: Enter your e-mail password.
7. Click the Next button to verify the account settings you have defined .
8. You can check the status of your account settings through the Test Account Settings window. After the test email is sent successfully to the Exchange ActiveSync mail server, click the Close button.
9. You can complete the installation process by clicking the Finish button.
