Android Mobile IMAP Account Setup

You can follow the steps below to set up your email account as IMAP on your Android device.

1. Access the accounts page by following Menu > Settings > Accounts on your Android device .
2. Click on the Add Account button.
3. On the Add Account page , select Personal (IMAP access) as the account type .
4. Enter the e-mail address you want to setup, then click on the Manual Setup link.
5. Select the account type as Personal (IMAP access) again.
6. Enter your email password and click the Next button.
7. From the incoming server settings page;
   • Username: Enter your e-mail address.
   • Password: Enter your email password.
   • Incoming Server: proxy.uzmanposta.com
8. Click on the Next button.
9. From the outgoing server settings page;
   • Activate the option that requires sign-in .
   • Username: Enter your e-mail address.
   • Password: Enter your email password.
   • Outgoing Server: proxy.uzmanposta.com
10. Click on the Next button.
11. You can define your synchronization frequency settings in the Account Options section.
12. Click the Next button to save the definitions you have made.
13. In the Your Name section, enter the name and surname you would like to appear in your e-mails.
14. Click on the Next button to complete the process .
